PCA is accepting applications for the new Housing Trust Fund Program PY 2017-2018.
To qualify for the HTF, applicant must present:
Total household income
Property, deed, and land must be in applicant’s name
Home repairs must present a health/safety concern that the homeowner can’t afford to have repairs done
